These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the person using this Site, and GUIMEDIC. If you are helping another person use this Site, these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between both the helper and the person being helped and GUIMEDIC. 2. GUIMEDIC is the sole owner of the names “GUIMEDIC” and “Backpacks of Hope,” which are registered trademarks. Your use of the name and logo and/or links bearing the name and logo acknowledges GUIMEDIC’s exclusive ownership of the name and/or right to use the logo. All use of or goodwill associated with the name, logo, our materials, electronic products, and/or services will inure to the benefit of GUIMEDIC. The logo, electronic products and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement.
    

3. We regularly monitor our systems for security purposes. By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that any activity on this Site may be subject to such monitoring, and that GUIMEDIC may use the results of this without limitation, subject to applicable law.
    

4. We take the security and confidentiality of your personal information very seriously. GUIMEDIC Mexico uses industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect your information. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information, whether collected online or offline nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations unless you have given us specific permission to do so. However, we may disclose personal information to third-party service providers, such as payment processing and data storage and processing facilities, that assist us in our work. We limit the personal information available to these service providers to only that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such personal information
